Product Catalogue
Every listing below is a real Wellele part. Use the four routes (material, product type, application, installation method) to narrow down, then open the product page for the size table and datasheet notes.
Route 1 — By material
Material decides the baseline: chemical exposure points to fluoropolymer, sustained heat to silicone or fiberglass, cost-sensitive general purpose to polyolefin or PVC.

Construction-level definitions are on the Product Types hub.
Route 3 — By application
Start from what the part must survive, not from the material name.
Wire harness protection
Abrasion on fixed routing → PET braid or textile wrap. Flex points → textile flexing sleeve. Harsh zones → fiberglass constructions. See the Wire Harness solution.
Cable joints & terminations
Choose by voltage class and by whether the crew can use a heat source on site. See the Cable Joint solution.
Busbar & switchgear
Rectangular bar → casing sized on width × thickness. Retrofit without stripping the bus → snap-on tube. See the Busbar solution.
High-temperature zones
Separate the heat mode first: continuous ambient, contact, radiant or splash. Constructions differ: see the Industrial solution.
Chemical exposure
Fluoropolymer constructions are the default starting point; confirm the actual medium against the grade datasheet.
Coil & transformer wrapping
Wrapping tape is reinforcement, not the main insulation layer. Check varnish wet-through on your system.
Sealing & environmental closure
Adhesive-lined tubing, end caps and cold shrink all seal: the right one depends on the joint design and the rework expectation.
Scenario-level routing is on the Applications hub.
Route 4 — By installation method
The method you can actually run on site eliminates half the catalogue.
Heat gun / oven shrink
No-heat recovery
Slide-on / snap-on
Wrap / wind-on
Performance filters (dual wall, flame retardant, halogen-free, high temp, cold shrink) are on the Performance hub; voltage classes on the Voltage Rating hub; ratio selection on the Shrink Ratio hub.
Wellele Series & Type Index
Every Wellele listing carries a Series-Type code: a family (Series) plus a construction variant (Type). The same codes appear in the cross-reference tables on the individual product pages, so a competitor part number resolves to one Wellele Series-Type and then to the page below. Codes are catalogue references for identification only: they do not by themselves imply a certification, a dimensional interchangeability or a test equivalence. Confirm the values on the product page before ordering.
