You do not need a finished part number to open an RFQ. Any one of these starting points is enough for us to size from:
The object being covered
Cable or busbar OD, harness bundle OD, or the largest object a sleeve must pass. This single number starts most inquiries.
The incumbent part
A competitor part number, or a photo of the tube or sleeve you use today. We reverse-size from it and quote the equivalent.
The duty
Voltage class, operating temperature, environment (oil, outdoor, flame, halogen-free) and the standard your market requires. Duty decides material when geometry is open.
Manufacturing and scope confirmation
Wellele is the export brand under which custom heat shrink and insulation sleeving are quoted, sampled and shipped. Production is coordinated through manufacturing operations in China; the manufacturing location, legal entity and documentation scope for a specific part are confirmed with the quotation before order.

From RFQ to shipment

1. Drawing in
Cable / busbar OD, voltage, temperature, environment, quantity, color and any print. PDF or even a photo of the incumbent tube works.
2. Size & material
We match recovered ID, shrink ratio, wall and polymer against the product pages, and return the specification with the quote.
3. Sample
Cut samples go out so your line can check fit, shrink and print before we schedule production.
4. Produce & ship
The agreed documentation travels with the cargo. The part number is stored so the next order does not restart the review.

A usable RFQ contains
- Tube ID / recovered ID, or the cable OD
- Shrink ratio (2:1 / 3:1 / 4:1) if you already know it
- Operating temperature and voltage
- Quantity and the date you need goods on the water
- Any print, color, halogen-free or flame rating
If you only have a competitor's part number, send that. We reverse-size from the sample when needed.

Who is behind Wellele — factories or a trading desk?
Wellele is the export brand for insulation tubing and sleeving production coordinated through operations in Suzhou and Anji, China. One export team handles quoting, documentation and shipping across the full range. The factory-to-product allocation and legal-entity mapping are documented in the About section and confirmed on request before order.
Can you make a non-catalog size?
Yes. Non-standard ID, recovered ID, wall, cut length, color and printed marking are normal work. Send cable OD or recovered ID, wall, length and color; we match material, shrink ratio and voltage, and a sample goes out before production.
How fast can you ship?
Every quotation carries a date: stock sizes are quoted with a ship date, custom lots with a production date the plant has scheduled. We do not print a blanket lead-time number on this page. The date you receive with the quote is the one the shop floor has committed to.
Do shipments include test reports?
Inspection records, test reports and compliance documents are supplied according to the product and the documentation scope agreed on the order. Datasheets are available before you commit; the agreed documentation then travels with the batch. Certificate scope (ISO, UL file numbers, RoHS/REACH) is confirmed per product, not assumed site-wide.
