1. Who Wellele is

Wellele (Well Electric) is an export brand registered in China and the United States, in use since 2017. The brand is used by the manufacturing and sales operations behind this site. Founding dates for the underlying manufacturing operations, legal entity names for each site, and factory addresses are being collected from company registration documents and will be added with citations once verified.

2. Manufacturing and scope

Manufacturing operations in China cover the product families shown on this site. The specific factory-to-family allocation has not yet been confirmed line-by-line against factory records, so it is not published here as fact. Locations currently associated with the brand's manufacturing operations include Suzhou (Jiangsu) and Anji (Zhejiang); the manufacturing location for a specific part is confirmed with the quotation.

The product range handled under the Wellele brand covers: heat shrink tubing (polyolefin, PVC, dual-wall adhesive, halogen-free), heat shrink and cold shrink cable accessory kits (0.6/1 kV through 26/35 kV classes), busbar heat shrink casing, snap-on insulating tube, stress control tube, terminal moulded parts, end caps and breakout boots; fiberglass sleeving (silicone-coated, extruded, corrugated, braided), silicone tubing and self-adhesive tape, fluoropolymer (PTFE/FEP/PFA) tubing, polyimide-fiberglass sleevings, textile sleeves, and wrapping tapes.

3. Facilities and processes

Photographic evidence of the production environment is being collected. Until authentic photos are placed, no claims are made here about line counts, plant size or equipment brand.

The manufacturing steps that buyers' QC can audit remotely: incoming material inspection, extrusion/braiding, curing or cross-linking, cutting and sizing, dielectric and dimensional testing, packing. Which steps run at which location is covered by the scope confirmation above.

4. Quality and documentation

Inspection records, test reports and compliance documents are supplied according to the product and the documentation scope agreed for the order. Where batch inspection or test reporting is required, the specific report items are confirmed in the quotation. Certificates currently on file and shown on this site:

Reference standards across the range: UL 224, UL 1441, MIL-DTL-23053, IEC 60684. RoHS/REACH declarations are matched to exact product scope, not blanket-claimed.

ISO 9001 certification for the Suzhou operation is referenced in earlier company materials; the current certificate is being re-confirmed with the factory before being stated as current.
