Selection inputs for quotation

Industrial equipment (motors, drives, transformers, control cabinets and production machinery) needs insulation that survives heat, oil, vibration and routine wash-down, not just a rated temperature on a datasheet. Start from the hottest point and the nearest moving part: a sleeve that is fine at 200 °C in free air can fail where it touches a live winding or a sharp edge. Where staff can reach the circuit, add a touch-protection or phase-barrier step rather than relying on the sleeve alone. For a sized quote, send the working temperature, the fluid it may meet, the bore and the run length; if the part sits inside a certified assembly, name the standard so we select a material that will not void it.
